WOOD FIRED OVENS

Using advanced computer modeling and state of the art manufacturing, each wood fired oven is carefully crafted from modern refractory concrete in pre-cast modular pieces. The patented parabolic dome shape allows our ovens to heat up extremely fast- reaching 800 degrees F in an hour or less- and will retain enough heat to slow cook overnight.

We ship ovens worldwide in easy to assemble kits. Our unique, two piece hearth is pre-tiled with food safe baking tiles for effortless installation, taking an hour or less.

Since 2002, we have been producing ovens that are setting the standard for the industry. Our original Milano and Toscano wood fired ovens are UL listed and have been featured in hundreds of hotels and fine homes around the world.
